Iain Worley is South African Airways Customer Relations guru.
Iain flew SAA on an educational in 1987 and he loved the experience so much, he applied for a job and hasn’t looked back since. He’s worked in reservations, been a fares trainer and worked on the ticket desk, so he understands what it takes. He’s a believer in proactive service recovery and if there is a better way of doing things he’s very much on the front foot as our link-man between with Head Office in Jo’berg. Iain loves sport and the outdoors and is the man to speak to about safari, Plettenberg Bay on the Garden Route and floodlit cricket at Newlands.
