We’re proud to be the national airline of South Africa and deliver a world-class experience every time. These are just a few of the benefits we offer to make your customers' experience truly unique.
With double daily overnight flights from Heathrow Terminal Two to Johannesburg and easy onward connections, we have the largest route network within Southern Africa, offering more frequencies than any other airline in South Africa.
Customers travelling with us in Economy Class are invited to stretch out and relax in one of the most spacious Economy cabins to Southern Africa with a 31-34" seat pitch combined with an 18” width.
Our 2-4-2 seat configuration guarantees that they are only ever one seat away from the aisle with the latest movies and TV shows available on-demand on a great 10” screen.
Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old (inclusive) and not accompanied by a person of 16 years of age or older are classed as an unaccompanied minor.
They will be given a badge at check-in together with a document satchel which allows our personnel to identify them more easily during flights and in crowds. This service is free of charge but reservations must be made in advance as we limit the number of unaccompanied minors per flight to ensure the best possible treatment for each child.
Whether your customers are travelling with us in Business Class or Economy Class, they are entitled to a free piece of sporting equipment up to 23kg allowing them to take everything with them they will need for an amazing trip!
Conveniently located just after customs, the ORTIA Arrivals Lounge in Johannesburg is exclusive to SAA Business Class passengers.
Open from 05:00 – 13:00, the lounge offers your Business Class customers a chance to refresh after their journey. A self service food and beverage area is available, as well as internet access and an enclosed smokers lounge.
They are also invited to take advantage of the excellent shower facilities and complimentary suit pressing service to ensure they feel refreshed and ready for their day.
