Potential Winner: An entrant selected to win the prize but has not been confirmed as a winner by The Sponsor.
Confirmed Winner: An entrant who has been selected to win the prize and has been named as the ‘Confirmed Winner’ by The Sponsor.
Eligibility
To enter, you must:
1. Be able to attend the event at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland on Monday 25th May 2015. Accessibility information can be found here.
2. Be a UK citizen or permanent legal resident. Entry is void where prohibited by law.
3. Be 18 years old or over.
4. Not be an SAA employee or the immediate family members of an SAA employee. Immediate family includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings and children.
5. Enter before 23:59 hrs BST on Tuesday 5th May 2015.
6. Enter by correctly answering the competition questions which will be posted on the official FlySAA UK facebook page http://www.facebook.com/FlySAAUK. Answers must be posted on facebook as a comment to the competition question.
7. Enter the Contest once only.
8. Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Sponsor reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize. The Sponsor will make every effort to ensure that winners of all abilities can participate in the prize. However, it remains at The Sponsor or associated 3rd party’s discretion to determine the suitability of the prize and if an alternative prize can or will be offered.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.
Data protection
By entering the contest, entrants agree to submit their facebook or twitter profile picture and name, plus any other publically available information. This data will be used by The Sponsor to administer the competition and contact the winner.
The entrant’s social media profile picture and name will be displayed on the Sponsor’s Contest Sites, the Sponsor’s social media pages and any other media the sponsor deems appropriate for any purpose, at any time. This data may also be passed on to third parties. Such third parties will have an association to the promotion of the contest.
Prize
One (1) winner of four (4) tickets to the concert of Foo Fighters concert at The Stadium of Light in Sunderland, Great Britain on 25th May 2015. Travel, accommodation, food and drink or any other benefit are not included in the prize. The prize is in conjunction with Sunderland Association Football Club.
It is at the discretion of the prize winner to decide who they wish to make use of the prize. It is not compulsory for the prize winner to attend the event. As per the terms and conditions of the event organizers, if any attendee is under the age of 12 years they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years when inside the venue.
Ticket delivery and event admission
The prize winner will be sent four (4) tickets by Recorded Delivery post. Full details will be provided when contacting the winner. The Sponsor will do its upmost to ensure tickets are delivered to the recipient, however, it will not be held liable for lost or stolen tickets. In the event of lost or stolen tickets, the sponsor is unable to offer replacement tickets and/or a cash alternative. The Sponsor is not liable for compensation (to cover the cost of the lost/stolen tickets and/or associated accommodation, travel or any other expense) as a result of lost / stolen tickets.
Admission into the event is at the discretion of the event organizers. Only individuals who can present an official ticket at the time of entry will be admitted into the venue. No other form of entry is admissible. The Sponsor and/or their associated partners will not be able to assist with entry into the event and will have no influence on the winners’ right to enter the venue.
Winner Selection
All entrants will be entered into a sweepstake and one (1) Potential Winner will be selected at random.
Winner Notification
The Potential Winner will be announced by the Sponsor on the public wall of the Contest Site (see the Expressions section for details) at 14:00 hrs BST on Wednesday 6th May. The Potential winner will have a limited time to contact The Sponsor to confirm they are willing to accept the prize and to provide their contact details. If s/he does not contact The Sponsor within the given time limit the prize may be revoked and an alternative Potential Winner may be selected. The time limit will be specified by The Sponsor when the Potential Winner is announced.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is not required to review or respond to any appeal received from an entrant or a potential winner.
Winner announcement
A Potential Winner will only be declared a Confirmed Winner once they meet all the requirements of The Sponsor. These include but are not limited to The Potential Winner:
· contacting The Sponsor with the contact details within the specified time limit set by The Sponsor (as per Winner Notification section).
· completing and returning the Acceptance Form to the satisfaction of The Sponsor
· fulfilling all requirements in these terms and Conditions.
Once an entrant has been declared a Confirmed Winner, the entrant’s social profile photo and name will be announced on the Sponsor’s social media sites and any other media deemed suitable. In the event more than two attempts to confirm a winner have been unsuccessful, The Sponsor is not obliged to select another winner and no announcement will be made.
Conditions
The prize may not be sold or bartered for cash or other consideration. If tickets are determined by The Sponsor to have been purchased, sold or obtained in this manner, they will be Invalid and may be confiscated. Any contravention of these terms and conditions will render the Confirmed winner, or individual involved, liable for damages including, but not limited to legal costs.
The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods, services, cash or other financial gain and cannot be used in conjunction with any special offers, discounts or promotions
