Awards honouring the most popular courses and most knowledgeable agents were given out at a party to celebrate the 10th birthday of online travel training platform, OTT.
150 agents, partners and OTT staff enjoyed the party which was held at Sway bar in Holborn, London.
The event included the very first OTT Awards, honouring travel companies which use the platform for innovative marketing and the best performing courses for reaching travel professionals in the UK and internationally. The awards celebrated the most popular online course launches in terms of course passes, and the five top favourite courses on the platform, as voted for by OTT’s community of agents.
OTT’s most knowledgeable agents were also honoured with awards handed out to five ‘guru’ agents who have completed and passed the most courses to become experts in their specialist sectors.
Gary Kershaw, SAA UK MD, said, “We’re delighted that the trade have voted South African Airways as the leading airline in the list of the most popular online courses in the entire travel industry. For a long time SAA in the UK has been at the forefront of digital engagement in the consumer and trade space, and we continuously look for new innovation and technology to support our customers”.
